Who built it

Built by People
Who've Sat in Your Chair.

CMP was not designed by a software company that found higher education. It was designed from inside the institution, by people who carried the decisions this record is built for: institutional vision and board accountability, curriculum integrity and accreditation review, budget reality, and the learning science that turns content into outcomes.

We ask institutions to show their work. Here is how we came to build this.

From our CEO

“As a CFO and university president, my planning and forecasts depended on three things I could rarely see clearly: staff capacity, what courses cost to build and maintain, and how long new offerings took to launch. Content Manager Pro makes all three visible, so leaders can plan with confidence and move faster.”
Jim Killin
Co-founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer, LumniTEK

Why we built it

The Layer That Went Unowned.

Each of us had the same experience from a different chair: an institution that could account for its buildings, its cash, its students, and its staff, and could not account for what it teaches.

Not because anyone was careless. Because no system was ever responsible for it. The LMS records delivery. The SIS records the student. The ERP records the money. The learning itself sat between them, owned by many and recorded nowhere, and the cost of that showed up as reconstruction work, missed launch windows, and a catalog whose condition few could describe.

CMP exists to close that gap and to keep it closed, which is why the product is a record rather than a tool, and why the case for it is financial rather than pedagogical.

Higher ed first

Where we start. The same record serves healthcare and enterprise.

Your LMS

No platform change required. No lock-in, including to us.

Your experts

Authorship and approval authority stay inside the institution.

Next step

A Working Session, on Your Material.

Bring a course you want reviewed and updated, or a course you need built. We would rather show you the record working on something of yours than talk about it.
