What the product holds
Content Manager Pro holds course design and governance records: course and program content, alignment to outcomes and requirements, authorship, approval decisions, version history, and deployment records. It does not hold student records, grades, or enrollment data. Those remain in the institution's LMS and SIS.
Ownership and portability
Content produced in CMP belongs to the institution. Records are exportable in open formats, including content, versions, approvals, and alignment, so an institution that leaves does so with the record intact.
What this site collects
The request and contact forms collect what you choose to enter: your name, role, institution, email, and message. We use it to respond to you.
